Straight Answers

Questions We Get A Lot

Do I have to pre-register to ride?

No. Come to the tower when you get here, sign in, and pay at the gate. Riders under 18 need a parent or legal guardian to sign.

Is the park open every weekend?

No. We do not run a fixed weekly schedule. Open dates are posted on the schedule page and on our Facebook page. Always check before you load up.

Can I camp at the track?

Yes, camping is welcome. No ground fires are allowed. Front row RV spots with power and water hookups can be reserved by text.

Are pit bikes allowed?

No. Pit bike riding is not permitted anywhere on the property.

What kind of dirt is the track?

Sandy loam. We mix Alabama red clay with our own blend of wood shavings, which holds moisture, keeps traction, and stops the track from turning into a dust bowl.

Can spectators watch the whole track?

Just about. The track sits in an open field, so from most spots in the pits you can see around 70 percent of the layout.

What happens if it rains?

Sandy loam drains well, so light rain often does not stop us. If weather does force a change we post it at the top of every page on this website, on the schedule page, and on Facebook.

The park is in Horton, in Marshall County. It is an easy drive from Birmingham, Huntsville, Gadsden, Cullman and the whole North Alabama area. Put 4015 County Highway 35, Horton, AL 35980 in your phone.
