You Can See The Whole Thing
The layout sits in an open field, so from most spots in the pits you can watch about 70 percent of the track. Parents love it.

How far is McLarty MX Park from Atlanta, GA?
The park is at 4015 County Highway 35 in Horton, Alabama, roughly 119 miles east of Atlanta in a straight line. Because of the river and the lake, the road route can be noticeably longer - the map on this page shows the real driving distance and time from Atlanta.
Is there a motocross track near Atlanta?
McLarty MX Park is the one most Atlanta riders end up at. It is a couple of hours on the road away in Horton, with two prepped sandy loam tracks and announced race and practice days.
Are pit bikes allowed?
No. Pit bike riding is not permitted anywhere on the property. That rule gets enforced.
What happens if it rains?
Sandy loam drains well, so light rain often does not stop us. If weather does force a change, we post it at the top of every page on this website and on our Facebook page.
